Our Metal Splitwood Muddler is the perfect combination of form and function. Originally designed in collaboration with Leblon Cachaça. The textures of nature are cast in solid aluminum then finished in our durable, food-safe, Matte Black coating.
This muddler was designed for function but made to add a touch of style to any bar top. Whether you’re bruising mint for a mojito or crushing berries for a seasonal smash, the Metal Splitwood Muddler provides the leverage and tactile feedback that many wooden tools lack.
Care Instructions
Matte Black aluminum should be hand washed with dish soap and towel or air dried only. Any Scotchbite pad or nylon brush is fine if needed. Dishwasher use should be avoided.
Artifaqt Wood Balm can add a protective coating to our black aluminum serveware as well as add luster and help to release food. Preheat the platter in the oven at about 120°F and apply a thin coat of our balm while hot. Then wipe off the balm with a lint-free cloth while still warm. Do not microwave. A quick broil is fine.
