Amuse Bouche Spoons
Originally designed for Le Bernardin in NYC.
A classy presentation for single bites. These free-standing, elegant spoons are cast in 316 stainless steel using the lost wax method and polished to a mirror finish.
Care Instructions
Developed to withstand the rigors of commercial use. Home and commercial dishwashers will not affect finish. If you choose to hand wash, follow with towel drying to avoid water spots. A nylon brush can be used. Never use steel wool.
Chef’s Bright does not need polishing. Do not put in the microwave. Oven safe to 400°F.
Coating
It begins with a high phosphorus electroless nickel base coat that forms a strong, reliable bond to the softer aluminum. Then a layer of titanium nitride is applied via physical vapor deposition (PVD). This advanced nanotechnology creates a food-safe, hypoallergenic exterior that does not tarnish or oxidize, resists scratches and holds its color and luster.
The casting and technical coatings are done by factory partners located within a 75 mile radius of Artifaqt that we have worked with since 2012.
