Payment can be made with the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If you’d like to pay by check, please call or email your order and we’ll e-mail you the completed order form with the total.
We ship by USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. And we offer expedited and overnight options.
Most of our products can be shipped within 2–5 days of receipt of an order.
We produce in small batches and maintain an inventory of components without finish. Our finishes are executed upon order.
When an order requires longer to fulfill, we will notify customers by e-mail.
We can custom cut blank Switchplates to fit your functional component needs. We can also customize the finish on switchplates and some other cast pieces. Send us the finish you’d like to coordinate with or match and we will work with you.

Returns of standard items are accepted within 30 days of the ship date for refund or exchange. We recommend that customers insure return shipments for the product value and use a carrier that provides tracking for their protection. We will only refund or exchange items that are received in their original condition.
Shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to an error by Artifaqt.
Custom items are individually made to order for the customer and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
If one of our switchplates ever breaks, we will replace it.
